HCP learning Program program website has been developed by MedTrix Healthcare (hereafter, “MedTrix” the context requires), through its employees, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents. All programme information, content and related services (such as Learning modules, updates), in the HCP learning Program program website (together, the ‘Content’) are provided to you subject to the terms and conditions (the ‘Terms’). You must use the Content with discretion and professional judgement.

The HCP learning Program program website is available for use by registered healthcare professionals only. You acknowledge and agree that you may not access, attempt to access or use the Content if you are not a registered physician.
Public Areas and the Subscription Service: For clarity, the Content includes: (i) public areas that are generally accessible to the public and contain information about HCP learning Program program (the ‘Public Areas’) and (ii) a subscription service (the ‘Subscription Service’) that may only be accessed by registered users (the ‘Registered Users’). Individuals who desire to become Registered Users in order to gain access to the Subscription Service will be required to select a user identification (the ‘User ID’) and password (the ‘Password’). Registered Users are solely responsible for all the activity occurring through the use of their Password and for keeping their User ID and Password confidential. The HCP learning Program program profoundly respects and is deeply committed towards protecting the privacy of our users. Information on all visitors is gathered collectively. Examples of such data collected are as follows: how many unique user sessions exist?; what days exhibit the greatest traffic?; what are the most frequent locations of entrance to our sites and what services and areas users visit the most? Whenever we request for identifying information from our visitors, we will clearly indicate the purpose for our request.
